Thanksgiving is Next Week…

Pecan Pie (per Granny used to make)

1 cup Karo Corn Syrup
3 Eggs
1 cup water
2 TBS margarine or butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup pecans
1 9 inch un-baked deep dish pie crust

Stir first 5 ingredients together, then mix in pecans.

Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.

Mmm.  Tasty.

I plan on making one either this week or for Christmas…be sure I will be posting a picture if/when I do.
