The Diamond Cutter: The Buddha on Managing Your Business and Your Life - by Geshe Michael Roach
Geshe Michael speaks at length about how to use Buddhist Philosophy to make your business and your life flourish. Keep an open mind and realize you don’t have to be Buddhist and appreciate and use the techniques to make your business successful and your life fulfilling.
As of the time of writing this page, I am still reading this book, though almost done. Dr. Forward goes into the whys and hows of emotional blackmailers, the tools they use to get you to give in and how to get back your sense of self. Emotional Blackmailers can be friends, children, parents, family, even co-workers.
I know many people don’t care for Dr. Oz, but I have to say I loved this book. It is in layman’s terms on how the body works, and how to use it to your advantage to be healthy and young all your life.
