As of the time of writing this page, I am still reading this book, though almost done. Dr. Forward goes into the whys and hows of emotional blackmailers, the tools they use to get you to give in and how to get back your sense of self. Emotional Blackmailers can be friends, children, parents, family, even co-workers.

YOU: The Owner’s Manual: An Insider’s Guide to the Body That Will Make You Healthier and Younger - By Mehmet C. Oz & Michael F. Roizen

I know many people don’t care for Dr. Oz, but I have to say I loved this book. It is in layman’s terms on how the body works, and how to use it to your advantage to be healthy and young all your life.
