I am so excited!

I just couldn’t wait.  I had to buy something that I put on my baby registry.  See, with Babyhead no one got me anything off my registry (well, that’s not totally true…one person got me 2 things off of it ) so I use my registry this time as way to keep track of what I want to get later.

I know some people might think it is tacky to start another registry for this one…but the ILs are insane and insisted I start one…we just got done putting stuff on it the other day.  Anyway…

You see…I LOVE Snoopy.  I don’t know why I like Snoopy, but I do.  With Babyhead, I put all these Snoopy things on my registry and was so excited to maybe get some of them including a blue Snoopy diaper bag, clothes, sheets, blankets, etc.  Even a “My First Snoopy” was on my registry.  I didn’t get one thing Snoopy.  Not one.  After all those months of being badgered to get the registry done the ILs didn’t buy me ONE THING that was on my registry…not even the My First Snoopy.

I was crushed and heartbroken.  I REALLY wanted Snoopy.

No one had to buy me anything expensive…just something Snoopy, anything Snoopy.  I mean…what is the use of having a registry if no one is going to buy anything off of it?  I don’t expect gifts but don’t annoy me with a registry if you aren’t going to buy something off of it (I always make sure to find things to fit every budget when I do).

Long story short THIS time I was going to have something Snoopy…and lo and behold if Babies R Us didn’t have a PINK SNOOPY DIAPER BAG.  OMG!!!

So…the other day I decided to go ahead an BUY IT!  Whoot!

And it just came today!  I am soo excited!!! It is actually a nice duffel bag with lots of room and pockets…and I am already thinking of all the things I can use it for after Babygirl doesn’t need it anymore.   Next I want to get some Snoopy sheets and stuff for the crib.  Of course, most Snoopy stuff isn’t pink, but I don’t care…and I really don’t think Babygirl will care either.  I want to get her some Snoopy outfits too…

There you have it.  This is my little quirk.  Snoopy.
